Bottle/Can Release: Eros, Anteros & Coolship Saison – This Friday and Saturday!
PEACHES. GRAPES. QUINCE. Releasing this week, two new beers in the Artista Zynergia line – Eros and Anteros. Both are blends with Alvinne, Eros, utilizing peaches and quince, and Anteros, utilizing grapes and quince. Both beers have been aged in wine barrels too.
Coolship Saison also returns this week, this time in cans!
All 3 new beers will also be available on draft.
Be sure to check out our bakery both Friday and Saturday for amazing breads, charcuterie, cheese and our house roasted coffees. Open until sellout both days.

Artista Zynergia is an International Blending Project between B. United International, OEC & fine producers from around the world.
In Greek mythology, Eros was the god of attraction. As Eros was lonely and “love must be answered if it is to prosper”, Anteros (The god of requited love) was given to him as a playmate. Just like the story, we felt that one blend was just… too lonely, so we made two.
Eros is a blend of Brouwerij Alvinne’s (Moen, Belgium) ale aged in oak barrels with quince and with several different OEC ales matured with our own peaches in wine barrels for at least 12 months.
Anteros is a blend of Brouwerij Alvinne’s (Moen, Belgium) ale aged in oak barrels with quince and with several different OEC ales matured with our own cayuga & vidal blanc grapes in wine barrels for at least 12 months.

Saturday, 08/25 – Experimentalis, Vindemia & Spontalis DETAILS!
Join us Saturday, 08/25, for the release of three, brand new beers! This release will be on our numbered ticket system, so please plan accordingly. Our bakery will be open from 9am until sellout, featuring breads, cheese, charcuterie, coffee and more. Also, our friend, Charles Larkin, of Mystic Oysters will be shucking oysters from 9am-2pm (oysters are cash only, 1/$2, 6/$10). Now for the beers…
Experimentalis With Limes & Raspberries – 750ml – Limit 3 per person – 360 bottles – $22
EXPERIMENTALIS is our barrel aging project using fruits that are grown in our Horticultural Area. Each release is unique and no two releases will taste the same.
This version of Experimentalis with Limes & Raspberries is a blend of 1 and 2 year old ales matured in Matthiasson Vineyards Chardonnay barrels (Napa, CA) on our greenhouse limes and raspberries.
Spontalis Classic – 750ml – Limit 4 per person – 420 bottles – $17
Shocking as it may seem but we love traditional lambic ales from Belgium. Spontalis is our homage to these spontaneously fermented beers. Spontalis is 100% spontaneously fermented (no cultured yeast or bacteria is added, whatsoever) by sitting in our coolship for 16 hours and then undergoing fermentation in oak barrels.
Spontalis Classic is our interpretation of a traditional Belgian Gueuze produced by blending young and old spontaneously fermented ales.
Vindemia Nouveau – 500ml – Limit 3 per person – 240 bottles – $16
The Vindemia project emcopasses ales brewed with wine grapes grown on our own property. We are currently cultivating the following varieties: Chambourcin, Catawba, Cayuga, Marechal Foch, Traminete, Vidal Blanc.
Vindemia Nouveau #1 is a blend of three different ales matured in a Matthiasson Vineyards Syrah (Napa, CA) barrels for 8 months with our 2017 Chambourcin grapes.
All three beers will also be available on draft. No holds or early sales on any of these products. Thank you for understanding.
Building Vindemia – Tour & Class – 09/21/2018
Here at OEC Brewing we love to share and show you all the crazy stuff we are up to. Yes, we do a handful of tours a year, yes they do sell out rather quickly, and yes we try to cram way too much into only 3 or 4 hours. We are now introducing some specialized tour-like classes, where we will delve into much greater detail into some of the things we are up to. You can expect these special classes about once a month, with a rotating variety of classes/topics. Tours/classes are always given by an OEC Brewer, so we can get as in depth as you’d like. Be sure to check our website/store/social media for all the details and announcements.

One of our most popular line of beers here at OEC Brewing is the Vindemia series. Vindemia is a variety of different liquids we brew, but always aged in oak barrels and always with grapes grown exclusively on our property! Join brewer Tony Pellino and horticulturalist Chloe Girouard-Martel on a journey of fruit and beer!
- Tour of horticultural area, focusing on our vineyard and various grape cultivars
- Harvest, taste and macerate grapes for use in future Vindemia beers
- Taste a young barrel aged beer directly from the oak barrel
- Take part in adding the grapes you harvested and macerated to an oak barrel destined to be a Vindemia
- Get insight and tips for home grape cultivation.
- Taste several bottled beers utilizing our grapes.
- Get a 8 or 12oz pour of any of our draft beers upon arrival

Introducing Oak Aged Lagerbier, Friday 08/10/2018
This Friday, 08/10/2018, we are proud to introduce Oak Aged Lagerbier. Our lagerbier is brewed using a traditional German style double decoction mash and hopped with German Tettnang & Hallertau hops. Fermentation starts in open tanks and finishes after 3 months of cold lagering in French oak tanks. 5.5% abv.
Available on draft and to-go in 4pk 16oz cans ($14), limit 6 4pks per person.
