This Friday, 08/10/2018, we are proud to introduce Oak Aged Lagerbier. Our lagerbier is brewed using a traditional German style double decoction mash and hopped with German Tettnang & Hallertau hops. Fermentation starts in open tanks and finishes after 3 months of cold lagering in French oak tanks. 5.5% abv.
