Here at OEC Brewing we love to share and show you all the crazy stuff we are up to. Yes, we do a handful of tours a year, yes they do sell out rather quickly, and yes we try to cram way too much into only 3 or 4 hours. We are now introducing some specialized tour-like classes, where we will delve into much greater detail into some of things we are up to. You can expect these special classes about once a month, with a rotating variety of classes/topics. Tour/classes are always given by an OEC Brewer, so we can get as in depth as you’d like. 07/27/2018 – Friday 6-8 p.m. – Doing the Unthinkable: Blending Beer With Mead, Cider, Sake & Kombucha – $50
At OEC we don’t just brew sour beer, we blend it too! But we do not limit ourselves to just blending beer with beer, we have used a variety of other interesting liquids to come up with complex products that would be unobtainable by any other method. Some liquids that have been used in our complex blends: mead, cider, sake & kombucha. Join brewer Tony Pellino on adventure of tasting and blending.

⦁ Taste several vintage blended bottled products following this concept
