Also the bakery will be open on Saturday serving beautiful breads, charcuterie, cheese and coffee. The bakery will be open from noon until sell out. For those of you coming on Friday, fear not, we have many new food options available in the tasting room now, including Zuppardi’s pizzas and our new OEC Plate (cheese, house smoked ham or sardines, herbed butter and house baked sourdough roll). Exilis: Blue Monday
Blue Monday is a special blend of Exilis matured in oak barrels with raspberries that is then blended with steam extracted blueberry juice from Evergreen Berry Farm in Watertown, Connecticut. Available on draft and in 750ml bottles, $18, limit 6 per person. Also available in 1.5L magnum bottles, $38, limit 1 per person, only 30 available.
Pétanque
Brewed with just enough sourness to focus the mind while also being incredibly thirst quenching makes this sour ale the perfect companion for any rigorous outdoor activity such as Pétanque. Available on draft and in 4pk 12oz cans, $14, limit 6 4pks per person.
Foeder Saison
Methode de Brassage is our line that highlights our unique historic brewing system & mashing techniques. Foeder Saison is a special version of our house saison matured in a medium toast oak foeder for 6 months. It is brewed using barley, spelt & wheat malts along with oats & hops. It is spiced in the coolship using grains of paradise, coriander & black peppercorns. Available on draft and in 750ml bottles, $12, limit 6 per person.
