Please remember these lines can be quite long and start quite early. We will be on our “ticket system” for the bottle release. Bottle sales begin at noon, and the tasting room will open up around 10:30 a.m. Absolutely no holds or early sales on these bottles. These bottles will NOT be available on-line. Experimentalis With Meyer Lemons (Blend #3):
Experimentalis is our barrel aging project using fruits that are grown in our Horticultural Area.Each release is unique and no two releases will taste the same.
This version of Experimentalis With Meyer Lemons is a blend of 1/3 7 month & 2/3 2 year old ale aged on our homegrown greenhouse Meyer Lemons in Gandona Cabernet, Leonhardt Vineyards Zinfandel & Ransom Spirits Pinot Noir/Gin barrels. 6.8% abv, available on on draft and in 750ml bottles. Only 450 bottles available. Limit 3 per person. $22. Also 36 magnum (1.5L) bottles will be available. $46.Limit 1 per person.
Vindemia Noir (Blend #1):
The Vindemia project encompasses ales brewed with wine grapes grown on our own property. We are currently cultivating the following varieties: Chambourcin, Catawba, Cayuga, Marechal Foch, Traminete and Vidal Blanc.
Vindemia Noir (Blend #1) is a blend of 3 different ales matured (between 1 & 3 years) on our Chambourcin and Cayuga grapes in Gandona Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon and Matthiason Vineyards Merlot barrels. 8.4% abv, available on on draft and in 750ml bottles. Only 400 bottles available. Limit 3 per person. $22. Also 30 magnum (1.5L) bottles will be available. $46. Limit 1 per person.
