Traditional sprouted whole grain “Vollkornbrot” from the Alto Adige/Dolomites region w/cocoa powder, toasted pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and molasses.
From Darien Cheese & Fine Foods, Darien, CT: Original Speck from Alto Adige, Italy (dry-cured and slightly smoked ham flavored with salt, pepper, rosemary, juniper & bay) cut from whole shank.
From Holbrook Farms, Bethel, CT: A rich portfolio of freshly harvested spring vegetables sprinkled with bits and pieces of original Red Cow Parmigiano, Parma, Italy.
