5.6% abv – ShangriLa is a pale lager brewed using Marris Otter malts and hopped using Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. ShangriLa undergoes a cool open fermentation using a classic German lager yeast. It is cellared for several months prior to packaging.
