5.9% abv – Copper colored lager brewed for the period of lent using a number of different Munich malts including Melanoidin (Aromatic Munich malt). It is brewed using a classic German step infusion mash to strength 5.9% abv. The malty notes of caramel, honey and biscut are balanced by the fruity and spicy character from the Tettnang hops.
Brewed once a year for Lent.
