5.5% abv – Trifaldi is our interpretation of a British Oatmeal Stout. We brew Trifaldi with a classic simple infusion mash using Marris Otter Pale Ale, Crystal malts along with flaked oats and roasted barley. It is hopped with East Kent Golding & Challenger during the boil in our copper kettle. After an open ale fermentation it rests in our cellars for several weeks.
