Online Bottle Sales: Rules and general information
Our online bottle sales are finally available. Please note, we are not shipping bottles, these sales are for pick up at the brewery.
- All online bottle sales will start one week after release in tasting room, if still available. Online sales only applies to bottles, not growler fills. Please understand some bottles might never make the online bottle sale as they will sell out the first week.
- All posted bottle limits still apply, if you order more than the posted limit, the entire order will be cancelled. Please check the weekly tasting room page for posted limits. Also, inventory can change rapidly and we might occasionally have to cancel orders if inventory changes. If this is the case you will be notified and your money refunded.
- All purchases MUST be picked up before the end of the calendar year ordered (Dec 31st). Items not picked up by Dec 31st will be forfeited. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
- In order to pick up – please EMAIL info@oecbrewing.com at least a minimum of 24 hours before pick up or else we cannot guarantee we will have the cases ready for you. All orders for pick up Saturday MUST be received by Friday 9am. No exceptions. Emails received later than 9am on Friday will not be ready for pick up on Saturday. No exchange or refund upon pick up.
- Pick up times are Monday to Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 12-7pm. Sunday is never available.
- Pick up person – either you or you can designated whoever above the age of 21 to pick up your bottles. If designating someone else we MUST have it in WRITING. You must email info@oecbrewing.com if you intend for someone else to pick up your bottles. Please make sure they have ID ready – no ID no pick up.
- CT Sales Tax will apply to all purchase.
All online bottle sale are subjected to a $1.50 processing/storage fee per bottle.
