Methods de Brassage is our line dedicated to our crazy brewing system. As much as we love barrel aging, we did get a very unique brewing system that we want to highlight in this line. So these beers will be about our unique historical brewing system and mashing techniques.
6% abv – Our Old London Style Porter is open fermented and brewed using a mix of pale, brown and roasted malts along with some oats. Then just like the old days, we blend in a portion of at least one year old cask aged ale.
