Methods de Brassage is our line dedicated to our crazy brewing system. As much as we love barrel aging, we did get a very unique brewing system that we want to highlight in this line. So these beers will be about our unique historical brewing system and mashing techniques
5.5% abv – Oak Aged Lagerbier is brewed using a traditional German style double decoction mash and hopped with German Tettnang & Hallertau hops. Fermentation starts in open tanks and finishes after 3 months of cold lagering in French oak tanks.
