5.2% abv – Mistral is a dry hopped Pilsner brewed with authentic Czech Pilsner malt using a traditional decoction mash. During the boil it is hopped using French Mistral & Strisselspalt. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. It undergoes a cool open fermentation for 9 days using a classic pilsner yeast. Finally it is dry hopped using French Mistral prior to packaging.
