6.0% abv – II (pronounced as “two”) is our house saison that is barrel lagered and then dry hopped.
Blend #1 (blended 4/5/2016) – This version was lagered for at least 4 months and then dry hopped using full cone hops. This edition was dry hopped with a combination of Chinook, Centennial & Mosaic hops.
II Citra (blended 12/12/16)- This version is a blend of a young pale ale that is brewed only using citra hops, pale ale aged in wine barrels for at least six months and spontaneously fermented sour ale fermented in barrels for 12 months.
