Methods de Brassage is our line dedicated to our crazy brewing system. As much as we love barrel aging, we did get a very unique brewing system that we want to highlight in this line. So these beers will be about our unique historical brewing system and mashing techniques.
5.2 % abv – Foeder Saison is a special version of our house saison matured in a medium toast oak foeder for 6 months. It is brewed using barley, spelt & wheat malts along with oats & hops. It is spiced in the coolship using grains of paradise, coriander & black peppercorns.
