3.8% abv – Exilis is our Berliner Style Weisse is brewed using a traditional 3 part decoction using the thin part of the mash in each decoction. The hops are added and boiled during the decoction process. Unboiled, the beer then sits in the coolship overnight. The next day it is transferred to the tank and pitched with some house yeast making this a “semi-spontaneously” fermented ale.
5% abv – Exilis Urwaga is special stronger edition was aged in a Gandona Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon barrel (St. Helena, CA) underground in our “Urwaga Pit” for 12 months & then bottle conditioned for an additional 12 months.
Limited Edition: Exilis Dry Hopped
3.8% abv – Dry Hopping Exilis right after primary fermentation adds a unique twist by not only imparting flavors & aromas from the hops but also by slowing down the activity of the souring bacteria, allowing the beautiful wheat beer esters to stay around longer.
Each version will be dry hopped with a different hop. Dry Hopped Mandarina Bavaria — Dry Hopped Hallertau Blanc — Dry Hopped Hull Mellon
Limited Edition: Blue Monday
4.8% abv – Blue Monday is a special blend of Exilis matured in oak barrels with raspberries that is then blended with steam extracted blueberry juice from Evergreen Berry Farm in Watertown, Connecticut.

3.8% abv – Our triple decocted/full turbid Berliner-style Weisse aged in oak with CT & VT raspberries.
Retired Edition: Magical Exilis
2.5% abv – Magical Exilis is when we join forces with the elusive Potions Magical Elixirs to mix our Exilis and their fruited kombucha (different fruit each time).
Retired Edition: Exilior
3.8% abv – Exilior is a Berliner Style Weisse brewed using a traditional 3 part decoction using the thin part of the mash in each decoction. The hops are added and boiled during the decoction process. Unboiled, the beer then sits in the coolship overnight. The next day it is transferred to the tank and pitched with some house yeast making a “semi-spontaneously” fermented ale. Once a blend is gone, it is gone forever. It is then matured in wine barrels for at least 6 months. No two blends will taste the same.
Blend #1 (blended 11/4/15) – This blend was matured in a mix of Syrah & Chardonnay barrels.
