8% abv – Bifrost draws its inspiration from the Kveik yeasts that have been used in Norwegian farmhouse brewing for centuries. These special indigeneous yeasts have the ability to produce incredible flavors & aromas. Bifrost is fermented with a special mix of Kveik that produces aromas reminiscent of pineapple, mango & tangerine. It is then dry hopped exclusively using Yakima Chief Cryo Hops® resulting in an explosion of tropical flavors & aromas. We rotate through a couple of different batch varieties.
