5.4% abv – Our Maerzen brewed using a traditional double decoction mash. It is brewed using plenty of Munich malt and hopped with German spalt. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Astraia undergoes a cool open fermentation using a traditional lager yeast. It is cellared for several months prior to release.
