Singularis #2 (Ransom Spirits Pinot Noir/Gin barrel) – This special single barrel version was matured for over 9 months in a Ransom Spirits Pinot Noir/Gin barrel. This version was packaged on 4/12/2016.
Double Barrel Singularis Blend #1 (blended 6/27/18) – This is blend of barrel aged Albus double matured in Breuckelen Distilling Glorious Oaked Gin barrels (Booklyn, NY).
Double Barrel Singularis Blend #2 (2019) – This blend of barrel aged Albus was double matured in Letherbee Distillers Absinthe barrels (Chicago, Illinois).
Limited Edition: Albus Oryza
10.5% abv – Albus Oryza is a blend of our white ale (brewed using a chamomile, ginger & lemon balm) matured for 12 months in a Matthiasson Vineyards Chardonnay barrels and an unpasteurzied Namasake from Kikusakari Sake (”Kiuchi Brewery”) in Japan. This version was blended on 11/15/2016.
